Claims are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Once reviewed, we will contact you to arrange for an inspection and determine the appropriate solution.

While proof of purchase is not required, providing project details, such as your completion date and the type of paint used, will help us resolve your claim efficiently.

Our 3-year warranty is transferable to a new homeowner if the property is sold during the warranty period. To transfer the warranty, please provide the new owner's contact information along with the details of the original project. This ensures the new owner can enjoy the same quality assurance and peace of mind that comes with our services.
